Alzheimer's is an awful disease. Can't state it more clearly than that. I just am thankful I have this wonderful horse that I can put my arms around and hug... She is such a God send....
My heart goes out to you. I know only a tiny bit of what you're going through (my father-in-law had Alzheimer's and lived with us for two years); it's a terribly cruel disease with many victims. Glad you have your art and your horse to give you some comfort.
